Very disappointed with this mug. Bought as birthday present, but when I opened the box the photo had an orange flash/stripe going across it. I checked the image that I sent and that had no orange on it!!! As it had been personalised, I had to keep it. Wouldn't buy from them again. Still gave it as a birthday present, but they were disappointed with the photo on one side. Waste of £10.

It arrived but it was the wrong colour on the reverse compared to the advertised picture .The picture advertised was cream reverse but was actually mustard/golden colour so returned it.
